Cedar Creek bed size throw is a great options for summer weight bedding. It is not quilted but the self lining style of the blocks makes it heavy enough to stay in place nicely on your bed. The pattern includes fabric requirements and instructions for queen, full or twin size.
Featured here in these pictures is a queen size coverlet that we created using lots of the rustic red fabrics along with many primitive designs. If your tastes are not so rustic, then you will also find this pattern works great with the fresher Route 66 collection and the Whitewash collection as shown in some of our alternate fabric images.
This pattern is easy level but not recommended for a first time project. The only real challenge is the larger size of the project but it will be great fun for the quilter who has already made a few ragged style projects.
