Product Description
This Ragged Christmas Tree skirt was a favorite at the craft shows for years. Now it is available as a Jubilee Homespun original pattern. This pattern is super simple and would be ideal for a beginner level crafter. The primitive style tree skirt is lined with the same fabrics and is the perfect weight to display nicely around your tree. Included in this printed pattern are pattern pieces and detailed instructions - including instructions for simple “ragging” of the edges and some step-by-step pictures to guide you.
Materials List:
- 8 x ¾ yd in eight different color or plaid designs. Each ¾ yard piece will make two skirt panels.
- 1 fabric remnant, 1.5 inches wide by 44 inches long. This will be the tie used to gather the skirt at the top. Tearing this piece will look best but it can be cut.
Homespun fabric is great to craft and sew with because the yard dyed fabric is the same on both sides. There is no front or back. Use your leftover homespun scraps to create matching tree ornaments.
